B Corp Certification

B Corps are committed to using business as a force for good. We wanted to become a B Corp, as our mission and values unequivocally align with theirs. We strongly believe in collaborating, within local networks, to build sustainable growth for all stakeholders.

Along with our mission and values, we see the B Corp Impact Assessment as the most comprehensive and over-arching sustainability currently available. There are many standards for environmental impact, which is important, but there are not any others that cover all the UN Sustainable Development Goals so comprehensively. We did not want an assessment to give us a green sticker for just turning the lights off when we are out of the room, we wanted to evaluate exactly how sustainable and responsible our organisation is, as well as identify areas in which we can improve. As a B Corp, we are counted among businesses that are leading a global movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.

qpeople training

qpeople transform organisations by unlocking people’s potential with targeted learning and development programmes. With sustainability and ESG being a prevailing consideration on employees’ minds now more than ever, qpeople engaged with us to help them have a deeper understanding on the fundamentals of sustainability. We completed a compact training session with them, covering sustainability topics from carbon emissions to putting value in resource.

QMedical Technologies Supplier Roadmap

Q Medical Technologies are a medical device distribution company based in Kendal, who are dedicated to bringing innovative, high-quality products to market that enhance the experience and outcomes for patients, clinicians, and hospitals alike.

Q Medical know the best possible care is one that is sustainable too, and that is why they approached us to help them further align with the Evergreen Supplier Assessment and the requirements from the NHS Net Zero Supplier Roadmap. We collaborated with them to record their Scope 1,2 and 3 carbon emissions and begin their carbon reduction plan.
